1. What's your minimum order quantity?

Our MOQ is 500pcs, for the big size box, we can consider to accept 50pcs to support your small order start the busienss with Nadle Scooter.

2. How can I get a sample to check quality?

After price confirmation, you can send Nadle Sales with your sample order list, and support mix-item and mix-color order. You can check our the quality Nadle Tricycle.

3. How long can I expect to get Nadle Scooter sample?

After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files , Payment Slip, the samples will be ready to ship out in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express arrive in 5-10 days. Or also can sent to your shipping agent warehouse address in China as your requires.

4. What about the lead time for mass production?

Generally speaking, production lead time is within 3~4 weeks work days, about 20-30days. It depends on the order quantity.

5. What is your terms of delivery?

We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

6. Terms of payment?

We often accept payment as the following, 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before delivery ; Western Union/ Paypal for small amount payment.
